Over the years, involvement in condominium development projects has afforded JSW+ Associates the opportunity to gain valuable experience in green roof technologies, rainwater harvesting, grey water systems and stormwater detention tanks. In this regard and as opposed to typical residential subdivisions, stormwater control systems vary by elevation rather than in plan.
Infill Projects

Stormwater Ponds
JSW+ Associates has broad experience in the design of a wide variety of stormwater management ponds, including dry ponds, extended detention wet ponds, artificial wetlands and infiltration basins. Competent hydrologic and hydraulic modelling skills are essential to good pond design, and JSW+ uses up to date software to assist in this regard. Very specific planting regimes are typically required in pond construction, and our landscape group is more than able to provide excellent designs.
