Encompassing a total land area of 15.31 hectares, including a 4.27-hectare woodlot, the proposed subdivision will feature 518 residential units. A significant portion of the woodlot, totaling 11.05 hectares, will be integrated into the development, preserving the natural landscape while offering a desirable living environment for residents. As the subdivision will be built in phases, careful planning and coordination will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
